Your name, email address, apartment number, optional phone number, language preference, your bookings, machine problem reports you file, and — only if you enable notifications — a push subscription for your device. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text.
Solely to run the laundry schedule: showing who booked a slot, notifying you when your wash is done, and letting your building administrator manage residents. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond our hosting provider.
Residents of your building see your name and apartment on slots you book. Your building administrator additionally sees your email and approval status. That's it.
One cookie: your login session. No tracking cookies.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/HSTS), passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, login attempts are rate-limited, and data lives in a managed database that is not publicly reachable.
